What is tango-stretching?
It's a form of f physical exercises, specialised for tango, in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone for tango movements.
Useful, in a time where our body is "abandoned".
Why do I need tango-stretching?
With tango-stretching you can achieve muscle flexibility, control and increased range of motion. It is a way of taking care of your body, keeping it healthy and be more active to dance tango.
